Refund policy

Your happiness is extremely important to us!

Paint Well includes a growth guarantee. We want you to have a great experience with Paint Well. If you complete the course and do the work, but still don’t feel like you’ve seen improvement in your painting skills, simply submit pics of your paintings from Paint Well by email at contact@angelaburnsfineart.com to request a refund within 12 weeks of purchase. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days (no holidays, evenings, or weekends).

For all other online classes, courses, workshops, and digital products, we do not offer refunds.

For original paintings, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery day of your item(s) to request a return and to get your item(s) posted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, and in excellent resalable condition. We do not refund or reimburse for shipping charges. If the order is returned in non-salable condition, the order will not be refunded.

Please note that while I do my best to accurately and honestly convey the colors of my artwork online, each screen is a little different, and will show the colors slightly differently.

To start a return, you can reach us at contact@angelaburnsfineart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email us immediately at contact@angelaburnsfineart.com if the item arrives defective or damaged, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, online classes, or digital products such as templates, photos, ebooks, guides etc.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
